Description
This is my second entry to the Merrell diorama contest.
Since I already made an indoor favorite memory [link], I wanted to test my abilities by making an outdoor scene. I found it to be much more challenging and difficult. These dioramas are no joke! They take so much time and effort! Nevertheless, I had fun creating this and I hope you enjoy.
This is a scene from one of my favorite childhood memories. We had this great big tree in our backyard when I was little. My mom hated it for all the mess it made in our yard, but my siblings and I adored being around it. I hope to share this piece with you and share the experience as I reminisce through my memory. Notice the view inside the house (it's a nice surprise linking my other work). Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it. Thank you for viewing!
Materials Used:
Polymer clay
Cardstock Paper
Acrylic Paint
Leaf Punch
Moss Sheet
Tooth Picks
Popsicle Sticks
Wire
Glue
Lots of creative ingenuity
